The Higher Sports Council today hosted the act of commemoration of the 25 years of the Young Sports Foundation. Irene Lozano, president of the CSD, challenged him in the coming years to serve as “great transformation tool” Faced with the goals that lie ahead: “Convey to girls and boys that equality benefits not only women but also men, innovation through digitization and ecological transition.”

Sports Young was born in February 1996 and among its tasks is to promote collaboration between the public sector and private companies. In this sense, it is the link between the CSD and the companies for the so-called ‘Events of Exceptional Public Interest’ as Universo Mujer, Support for Grassroots Sports 2020, Inclusive Sport, New Goal or Spain Compete. In addition, it is part of initiatives such as Junior Cofidis Lap, The María de Villota legacy the European platform IProtect for the protection of minors. “Most of his work has been directed at that other side of sport, which is the most social and promoting healthy activity,” said Irene Lozano.
