1 – Main sporting objective and way of achieving it.

4 – An important infrastructure work planned for management.
“Our project is short, medium and long term. Short is to ascend, because that brings us other economic returns. The infrastructure is essential to what the club needs. Today the field must have more water, the stadium must have more bathrooms and more accessibility for people with different abilities, so that they can choose where they want to go: if it is to the Cuellar, the Preferential, the popular or the Heredia stalls . That is making visible with infrastructure. This is the urgent thing. Then there is a big plan, but the first thing is to optimize everything. Also, I convinced the 26 who are on the list and I am going to convince all the Pirate people. I do not feel with any weak points. Sports Pillar
From Belgrano Primero we understand the vital importance of promoting football, holding that institutional development depends to a large extent on sporting success. The sports project is what marks the destiny of the club, today and forever.
We come to recover the mystique, the identity and ensure respect for the colors and the institution at all levels.
The work plan is based on a professional, interdisciplinary, competitive and formative management with great long-term objectives and concrete results in the short term.
We want to position ourselves as a leading sports institution in the country. To achieve this, we are going to precisely define the game model, the game system and the main strategic characteristics of each position in a transversal manner; from the first categories of inferiors to the First team, they will reflect the same values and the same identity, on and off the field.
We will appoint a Sports Directory with multiple approaches.
We will respect the idea of the game, the objectives and the patrimony of the club in each selection process for the Technical Director, Coaching Staff and Advisors.
We will choose and select references from the campus, the core structure of the team, they will comply with leadership standards and will be the ones who contain both the reinforcements, as well as the youth promoted from inferiors, integrating them to the team and transmitting the identity of the club and the collective objectives.
We will concentrate and optimize all resources in the transition of the player from below to the first division squad.
We will work to enhance and professionalize our women’s football as a strategic value for the future of the institution.
We are going to “Belgranizar Córdoba” by building soccer schools that provide tools for the comprehensive development of boys and girls in the capital and in the interior of the province.
We will create Futsal and new spaces that allow the generation of more talents for Belgrano.
It is essential for us to renew fundamental links for our club, with the neighborhood, the environment, the clubs, the associations and all the institutions.
Economic-Financial Pillar
We know that we must have support that encourages growth and the fulfillment of the objectives that we set ourselves, and this means giving our club economic sustainability.
That is why we have developed a strategy to generate new financing instruments, but above all we assume the commitment to be responsible, transparent and visible management.
We want each member to have access to an information system that makes the club’s economy visible, with accountability and key indicators that show the functioning of all areas of the club.
Belgrano must be a transparent entity in everything it does and proposes, only in this way will we have the certainty that we are moving steadily towards the goal we set for ourselves.
Sociocultural Pillar
Belgrano Primero’s proposal is made up of three dimensions, where the “socio-cultural pillar” is an indissoluble part of it, and together with the other two they make up a comprehensive work project.
This is so because Belgrano is more than a club, it is an institution socially committed to its environment and its history, and we must be consistent with this legacy.
We do not pretend that our project is “foundational”, on the contrary, it draws on the best traditions of our history, and wants to be respectful of the contribution of all those who have contributed to the growth of our entity.
We want (and we must) rescue our values to train and grow, both on and off the field. Today our crisis is not only football, it is also identity.
