The Professional Soccer League announced this Thursday night the order of matches for the first date of the League Cup, which will begin next week, with the participation of 26 teams divided into two zones, and an interzonal match per day, as a classic. That duel, on the opening date, is the one that Platense and Sarmiento, from Junín, must sustain, but it was postponed because the participation of both teams in the First National ended very recently.
Through Zone A, and while finishing the refurbishment of the Monumental stadium, River will play as a visitor against Estudiantes de La Plata, while Racing will face Banfield at Florencio Sola, and San Lorenzo will be local against Arsenal. For Zone B, Boca will play in the Bombonera against Gymnastics La Plata, and in one of the highlights of the day, Independiente, with the return of Julio Falcioni as DT, will receive Lanús.
